We built a foundation and we’re currently building a greenhouse!
Other project we’ve been working on:
An Apiary – we have 2 honeybee hives coming this week!
We also put in 4, 4 foot by 8 foot garden boxes – them moles won’t get my taters this year!
And finally – we’re putting an orchard in next to the barn near the garden (red circle). We have 11 large bare root fruit trees waiting to be planted, but with our clay soil we had to excavate a large hole for each tree then line with gravel, voids and garden soil… big job but we should get fruit for years and years to come!
